I am Lipika Sud, one of India’s leading Interior Designers based in Delhi NCR, known internationally for my distinctive design sensibilities and a passion for transforming spaces. Since founding my design practice in 1989, I have brought creative vision and functionality to a wide spectrum of projects – ranging from residential interiors and luxury farmhouses to corporate offices, hospitality spaces, and institutional interiors.

My award winning firm, Lipika Sud Interiors Pvt. Ltd., offers interior and furniture design, styling services, and turnkey design solutions, including project management and services integration.

With a strong foundation in Design Thinking, I approach each project with creative imagination and strategic insight. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of designing prestigious spaces across India and abroad. I am also the Founder of Art n Aura, an initiative that supports Indian artisans through design intervention and market linkages under the campaign “Proud to be Indian by Lipika Sud ® ” – preserving the essence of India’s rich cultural heritage.

A Design Strategist and a Trend Analyst, I’m also a TEDx speaker and have inspired and encouraged individuals to realise their true potential through my numerous transformational presentations across the globe. I’m also deeply involved in activities relating to Women Empowerment and Revival of Arts & Crafts of India.

An alumna of Sri Ram College of Commerce, with postgraduate degrees from Indian Institute of Mass Communication – Delhi, LLB Delhi University, and Entrepreneurship and Leadership Management from Indian School of Business (ISB). I’m also a DigiPivot Alumni specializing in Digital Marketing with a certification from Google.

My journey into interior design began with Passion, not Convention. Today, I serve as President of The Guild of Designers & Artists and have held leadership positions in reputed organizations like the National Governing Body FICCI Flo, Chairperson Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) – DRC,  International Executive Committee Member SAARC Chamber Women Entrepreneurs Council(SCWEC), and Co-Chair(Infrastructure) The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. 

My work has been recognized with numerous accolades including the FICCI FLO Outstanding Women Achievers Award, Udyog Ratan Award, Design Professional of the Year, Doctor B.R. Ambedkar National Award, SRCC Entrepreneur of the Year Award and many more.
